FINE+RARE Tasting Note
Incredibly complex on the nose. Flinty, smoky notes jump from the glass, followed by waxed lemon and hints of honey. Beautifully weighted in the mouth with a driving acidity keeping the mouth-coating weight perfectly balanced. Huge length on the finish with incredible freshness supported by excellent concentration. A serious white Burgundy, showing very well now and with the structure to keep improving. May 2017, FINE+RARE, Drink:2017-2022+
