We deliver wine and spirits across the UK from Monday to Friday, via our logistics partner London City Bond. Next working day delivery is available to central London and Home Counties addresses for orders placed before 10:00am.

Storage accounts
We can also deliver directly to storage accounts. A transfer within London City Bond costs £9.60 (including VAT) for an unlimited number of cases.
Delivery to all other bonded storage providers costs £19.20 (including VAT) for up to 10 cases (10 x 12x75cl or equivalent).

We deliver from our UK warehouse to Hong Kong via our air shipment service. Products are fully insured throughout, and shipping is temperature-controlled.
Shipments are charged per case (or 12x75cl equivalent):
Air delivery
One case: £115.00 per case
Two to three cases: £80.00 per case
Four or more cases: £70.00 per case
Please note:
There is a minimum charge of £115.00 and minimum lead time of eight to 10 business days
Remote areas such as Outlying Islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are subject to additional charges
Spirits cannot travel on our regular services to Hong Kong and require separate shipment via our logistics partners. Please speak to our customer service team to find out more
Hong Kong retail
A specially curated selection of wine and spirits are also available at HOME Hong Kong for collection or immediate delivery
Local delivery is free for orders over HK$5,000 (to a single location). For orders below this value, delivery is HK$300 for up to four cases and HK$50 per case thereafter
Please note:
If there is no lift at the address, an additional fee of HK$20 per case for each floor above the ground floor will apply
Additional charges may apply for delivery to Tung Chung areas, Outlying Islands and Ma Wan

We deliver across Europe and Switzerland from Monday to Friday via local partners, dispatching orders from our warehouses in Italy and Switzerland.
Lead times vary depending on availability of individual wine and spirits. Shipping times and costs given are intended as a guide; if you would like specific advice, please do not hesitate to contact the Continental Europe team. Wine and spirits are fully insured throughout shipment and delivered directly to your door.
Wine and spirits are shipped at a rate starting from EUR25 within Italy and from EU 45 to Switzerland and the rest of Europe, for up to 48 bottles (75cl), and vary according to destination. If you’re shipping larger volumes, please contact us to find out more. You can also collect wine and spirits from our warehouse in Verona, Italy. Please speak to our customer service team to find out more.
