Saint-Joseph

The largest appellation in the Northern Rhône, Saint-Joseph produces red wines from Syrah, along with white wines made from Marsanne and Roussanne, blended in varying proportions. The reds are inky and intensely coloured, but typically made in a lighter style, with spicy red and black fruit.
