Tasting Notes
Enjoyable grilled oak opening, well balanced with bright ruby and red fruits, but this errs towards high acidities on the finish. 34 hl/ha yield.

The 2024 La Croix de Gay was looking a little weak on the nose when I tasted a barrel sample. It's calling out for red fruit. The palate is very light and green with a simple but monotone and dry finish.
Forward, black cherry filled, medium-bodied, wine for early drinking pleasure with a lean to the mint/herbal side in the finish.
A juicy and mellow red with red berries and dried herbs on a medium-bodied. velvety palate with good fruit character and length.
