Tasting Notes
This wine is a blend of eight parcels spread over seven different terroirs in the village. Lean and tight, it’s just on the right side of being severe – a strict wine that’s tightly packed with chalky minerality, vibrant lemon zest, lime pith and a sherbet freshness. It will be a joy to watch this unfurl in bottle.

Moderately exotic aromas include those of white peach, apricot and discreet floral nuances. Here too the flavors are sleek and intense with good salinity that adds a sense of lift to the lightly stony and agreeably dry finish. This could use a bit more depth but it's really quite pretty.
Now derived from fully nine different parcels, Colin's 2019 Saint-Aubin Compendium offers up aromas of crisp orchard fruit, white flowers and pastry. Medium to full-bodied, mineral and precise, it's a fine-boned white that concludes with a saline finish.
