The 2015 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Cailleret has a strict, mineral-driven, Puligny-like bouquet that is much more austere than I would have expected given the growing season. The palate is very well balanced with a palpable sense of energy, superb acidity and an almost clinical, harmonious finish that finally delivers beautifully interwoven tropical tones that linger on the aftertaste. This is very impressive. Dec 2016, www.robertparker.com, Drink: 2018-2030

The 2015 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets offers up notes of fresh peach and honeyed citrus, followed by a medium to full-bodied, generous and open-knit palate with a rich, textural attack. Les Caillerets shows through in its stony, layered core, but it's a plusher, more gourmand example of the site this year. Oct 2018, www.robertparker.com
