Tasting Notes
Intense on the nose, citrus, green apple and a touch of buttered toast. In the mouth it has wonderful freshness and purity and a precise laser-like delineation of fruit. Long, intense andfcomplex with excellent minerality and a hint of smoke on the finish. A lovely Perrieres.

(from 35-year-old vines): Bright, pale yellow. High-pitched aromas of nectarine, peach, pineapple and lichee. Ripe, supple and relaxed, with the stone fruit and pineapple flavors joined by a saline character. Very ripe and a bit low in acidity in the context of this 2015 collection, and a tad warm on the back end. Boillot allows that he may have picked this fruit a little late. Sep 2016, www.vinous.com
Henri Boillot's 2015 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrieres is excellent, wafting from the glass with a fine bouquet of struck flint, yellow citrus and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and intensely concentrated, with real volume and depth, its glossy attack balanced by a lovely line of acidity, its finish detailed and precise.
