Tasted blind at the Burgundy 2012 tasting in Beaune. The 2012 Chevalier Montrachet les Demoiselles Grand Cru from Louis Latour is worrying. It already seems fully matured on the rich and honeyed nose that desperately needs more freshness and delineation. The palate is overripe, rather flaccid and severely lacking freshness. This is thoroughly disappointing. Caveat emptor. Oct 2015, www.robertparker.com
