The Broustet 2009 has a light, well-defined nose with acacia honey and a touch of white peach and apricot. The palate is very well balanced with such bright fruits you need sunglasses. Superb poise from start to finish, citrus lemon, apricot, white peach and a touch of pear. Viscous texture and great persistency. The 2009 must represent one of the finest wines from this estate.
