Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon: Champagne “beyond the bubbles” 

Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon holds one of the most prestigious job titles in Champagne, nay wine, as Louis Roederer’s Chef de Cave. Since joining the estate in 1999, the pioneering winemaker has continually pushed boundaries in the name of quality.
