Tasting Notes

Tasting notes
FINE+RARE, Nov 2023

A real highlight of Charles van Canneyt’s range, the fruit for this Corton comes from two plots – one in Corton Renardes and one in Corton Rognet. The nose is infused with red cherries and crushed raspberries, with precision and energy. The palate is built on white pepper, with blood orange freshness and vibrant tannins. It’s impressive to see how the oak has already been so well integrated, and the finish of this superb Grand Cru lasts for an age.
