Collection Bellenum is the third element in Nicolas Potel’s Burgundy empire. While Domaine de Bellene and Maison Roche de Bellene (his main domaine and négociant operations) take up much of his time, Collection Bellenum is a négociant project focused on one-off bottlings of mature wines.
