The barley here comes from County Wexford, and the Milne farm’s clay and loam soils, currently looked after by the fourth and fifth generation of the family, Robert Milne, along with his son and nephew. The 1.2 release from this site was aged in 34% first-fill American, 20% virgin American and 23% French oak, with 23% ex Vin Doux Naturel casks.
