FINE+RARE, Jul 2020
Subtle mineral flexed nose, flinty, dry stone, white pepper, ripe grapefruit and white peach skin. Lovely subtlety to the wine and no overt pyrazines. Taut, tense nervosity and a lovely energy. Lemon zest, ripe grapefruit. Texture is very silky and pure. The mid palate is generous rounded, creamy and textural. Mineral, pulsing focus on the long finish. Start tights builds on the palate and finishes very tight with a great salty tang on the finish.
