Trois Noix

Run by Jaime Araujo, Trois Noix’s mission is to produce vibrant, single-site wines that speak of Napa’s terroir. Sourcing fruit from sustainably farmed vineyards, the team crafts accessible wines that offer a brilliant entry-point to the region.

Based in St Helena, Trois Noix was born in 2013. The Araujo family is Napa royalty, best known for its eponymous estate and Eisele Vineyard, which it sold to François Pinault (of Ch. Latour fame) in 2013. At the same time, the family embarked upon its new project, Accendo Cellars. A parcel of fruit, originally intended for one of the Accendo wines, was kept separate – and the second generation of the family, siblings Jaime and Greg, decided to use it for a new project of their own. With that fruit, they made their first wine, 300 cases of Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon. They called it Trois Noix, a nod to their three children, which they affectionately called “peanuts” when they were little.
