The new €10 million distillery, a stone’s throw from the original site in the Newmarket area, bottled its first whiskey in 2018. The single pot still whiskey was the first Dublin-distilled whiskey in almost 50 years. The inaugural bottle broke records at auction when it sold for £10,000, making it the most expensive whisk(e)y from a new distillery.
