Westland

Westland is an American single malt distillery founded by Matt Hofmann and Emerson Lamb in 2010. Their aim is to produce the most authentic Pacific Northwest single malt without age specificity.

The Seattle-based distillery focuses on flavour development opportunities within raw materials. Its trinity of Outpost Range releases – Garryanana, Colere and Solum – experiment with Garry oak, single-varietal barley and peat respectively.
