The vineyard is 6 hectares in size planted with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc with an average production of 28,000 bottles. Jeremy has significantly reduced yields and implemented rigorous sorting of grapes at harvest.
Since taking over the winemaking in 2000, Jeremy has increased the amount of new oak used to mature the wines – typically around 80% new barriques – producing a very dense, modern style of Pomerol.
