More about Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair
The original Liger-Belair domaine, based in Vosne-Romanée, was established in 1815 by Louis Liger-Belair (the then-General of the French empire) when he bought the Ch. de Vosne. Under his tenure, the domaine expanded to 60 hectares acquiring some of the very best vineyards in Burgundy, including the Grands Crus of La Romanée, La Tâche, La Grande Rue, Chambertin and a significant portion of Clos Vougeot.
