Vice President, Global Portfolio ManagementAllan Frischman
Allan has over 30 years of experience in the rare wine industry with the last 25 spent as a senior-level expert at two of the world’s leading wine auction houses. He has dedicated his career to sourcing, studying, authenticating, evaluating and selling fine wine collections.
Portfolio Manager (UK)Ashika Mathews
Ashika started as a winemaker in Bordeaux in the late 1990s before working for Jancis Robinson and then as a fine wine buyer in London. She has been trading, teaching, lecturing and hosting fine wine events for blue chip clients for the last 25 years.
Portfolio Manager (US)Desiree Anderson
Desiree has studied winemaking at Napa Valley College, followed by a season of winemaking with Andevine wines in Australia. Since joining the F+R Group in 2023, she has been building relationships with collectors, advising them on their collections and assisting them to price and list their wines.
