Requesting delivery
As mentioned on the guide to managing your Portfolio, you can request delivery of single or multiple items from the At F+R and Overview tabs. Once you click Request delivery you will be taken through a delivery flow to ensure we have all your specifications captured.
Please note that if you are ordering to a non-UK address your shipping will be handled externally, so many of these steps will not apply.
Step one: confirm the items
Firstly you need to confirm the quantity of the items you wish delivered. By default the quantity will be set to all the items of that type that you own, if you wish to only order some of those items you can change the quantity through the dropdown menu. Once you are happy with your selections, click Continue to delivery.
Step two: select your address
On the next screen you will need to choose the address you wish the items to be delivered to, as well as the Billing address for this order. Both delivery addresses and billing addresses can be configured in the Account page, but you can also add them at this stage. You must also provide a phone number that our delivery driver can contact you on in case of issues.
Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed later in this flow, so ensure you enter the correct one!
Step three: schedule your delivery
On that same screen, beneath the address fields, you will find two delivery scheduling options; Standard UK delivery and Scheduled UK delivery. If you select Standard your delivery will be scheduled for the next available slot, typically within 2 business days of your order. If you select Scheduled you will be able to choose a specific date you wish to have your items delivered on. Once you are happy with your details, click Continue to payment.
Step four: pay for your delivery
Once you have confirmed your scheduling and address options, you will then reach the final stage of the flow, the payment section. Here you can choose from your previously saved payment options, or create a new one if necessary. You will also see a summary of your delivery request - make sure to check all your details are correct! When you are ready, click Confirm delivery. You will receive a confirmation email, and further updates will be available in your inbox and in the History tab.
