There are intensive courses about the specifics of Bordeaux's vineyards, tasting techniques, food and wine pairings, and the Grands Crus Classés of Bordeaux, as well as express summer courses and tailor-made à la carte programmes for groups of eight people or more.
Interest in Bordeaux is becoming as intense as ever, with a great number of people wanting to explore the history of such renowned wine-growing regions. The tutors of the college have also taken their classes on the road, hosting Bordeaux tastings at 11 major UK universities (wine societies), educating a total of 484 students. Seven partner schools in the UK also organised 69 exclusive Bordeaux wine seminars and trained 1,165 people.
